Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued use of Veeam Software for offsite backup used to protect critical infrastructure, virtual servers, Microsoft 365 data, and operational systems for Austin Aviation with CDW LLC d/b/a Sirius Computer Solutions, LLC, CDW Government, to increase the amount by $280,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $404,925. Funding: $22,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Aviation. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
