Approve a resolution authorizing the filing of eminent domain proceedings and payment in support of Austin Water’s Cherrywood Wastewater Line Improvements Project for the public use of enlarging the capacity and new subterranean pipes to reduce sanitary sewer overflows requiring the acquisition of a Wastewater Line Easement for Subterranean Tunnel consisting of 0.0088 of one acre (385 square foot) easement out of Lot 1, Block “A”, 2900 Manor Road Subdivision, a subdivision of record in Document No. 201200157, Official Public Records, Travis County, Texas, said Lot 1 conveyed to Bel Elan LLC by Special Warranty Deed dated December 16, 2014, as recorded in Document No. 2014186833, Official Public Records, Travis County, Texas, currently appraised at $431, subject to an increase in value based on updated appraisals, a Special Commissioner’s award, negotiated settlement, or judgment. The owner of the property needed is Bel Elan Limited Partnership f/k/a/ Bel Elan LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The property is located at 2900 Manor Road, Austin, Texas 78722. The general route of the project is along Clarkson Avenue, Concordia Avenue, and Randolph Road. Funding: $431 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
