Authorize negotiation and execution of a contract with Constructinople, LLC for infrastructure improvements, including the removal and replacement of existing private wastewater lines and roadway resurfacing, at a residential community that serves low-income households in an amount not to exceed $1,300,000. Funding: $1,300,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget of the Austin Housing Department through Community Development Block Grant Infrastructure Funds.
