Authorize an amendment to the contracts for engineering services for the 2019 Small Scale Water and Wastewater Facilities Engineering Services Rotation List with BGE, Inc. dba Brown & Gay Engineers, Inc., Gannett Fleming, Inc., H.W. Lochner, Inc. dba K. Friese & Associates, LLC, Kennedy/Jenks Consultants, Inc., Walker Partners, LLC, and Weston Solutions, Inc., to increase the amount by $9,500,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $20,000,000 to be divided among the firms. Funding: $9,500,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
