Approve an ordinance amending the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund (Ordinance No. 20250813-005) to accept and appropriate Federal Emergency Management Agency Public Assistance grant funds from the Texas Department of Emergency Management in the amounts of $6,352 for COVID-19 expenses and $385,361 for flood expenses related to the 2015 Halloween Flood. Funding: $391,713 is available from the Federal Emergency Management Agency through the Texas Department of Emergency Management. A City funding match is not required for the COVID-19 expenses. A City funding match of $96,341 is required for the flood expenses.
