Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to explore an interlocal agreement with Travis County to coordinate efforts to address transportation planning, public safety, and other factors for certain permitted special events within a certain proximity of the City’s corporate limits as determined by the terms of the agreement, and report back to Council.
