Approve a resolution authorizing negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to sell and convey approximately 0.0937 acres (4,219 square feet) of land located at 306 Saxon Lane, Austin, Texas, 78741 being all of that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the Santiago Del Valle Grant, Travis County, Texas, conveyed to the City of Austin by deed recorded in Volume 7118, Page 1009 of the Deed Records of Travis County, Texas, to the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, for the purpose of contracting with a local nonprofit organization to construct and maintain a minimum of one unit of affordable housing for low-income households on the property.
