Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to explore amendments to City Code Title 25 (Land Development) to establish maximum off-street parking requirements within the equitable transit-oriented development (ETOD) combining district and other transit corridors citywide with limited exceptions to exceed those maximum requirements through defined criteria, to collaborate with the development community, housing advocates and other stakeholders and to report back to Council.
