Authorize an amendment to the City’s cost participation with the developer United Properties Development, LLC to increase the City’s share of the cost to design and construct oversized wastewater interceptors by $4,422,750, for a total amount not to exceed $9,500,000, related to Service Extension Request No. 5132R which will provide wastewater service to a proposed mixed-use development located at East Howard Lane and SH 130. Funding: $9,500,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Capital Budget of Austin Water.
