Authorize a contract for construction services for the 2026 Austin Water Asphalt and Concrete Restoration project for Austin Water with Alpha Paving, Inc., in the amount of $2,000,000, for an initial term of one year with up to four one-year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $10,000,000. Funding: $2,000,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
