Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with the Austin-Travis County Sobriety Center Local Government Corporation, d/b/a The Sobering Center, to increase the funding provided by the City related to the provision of clinical oversight at The Sobering Center through a funding increase in an amount not to exceed $500,000 and increased funding for the two remaining extension options in an amount not to exceed $500,000 per extension option, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $12,792,433. Funding: $500,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget of Austin Community Court. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
