The owner of the property is TREA SH Ranch, LLC. The property is located at 9400 West Parmer Lane, Austin, Texas 78717. The general route of the project begins at the Jollyville Substation and runs along the Cap Metro Red Rail Line, ending at the Ashton Woods Substation. Funding: $119,432 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Energy.
