Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with the Austin Travis County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center, d/b/a Integral Care, for the Expanded Mobile Crisis Outreach Team, which offers a first response team for mental health crises in collaboration with City first responders, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $2,086,033, and increase funding for the two remaining extension options in an amount not to exceed $2,086,033 per extension option, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $24,044,584. Funding: $2,086,033 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Community Court Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
