Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with Austin-Travis County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care to provide housing services for people living with HIV, to extend the current term of the agreement through December 21, 2026, to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $25,994 for the current term ending on December 21, 2026, and to add funding in an amount not to exceed $25,994 for the one remaining extension option, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $769,656. Funding: $161,322 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Public Health Department’s Special Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
