Authorize negotiation and execution of agreements with six agencies to provide services to people living with HIV, for an initial 12-month term ending on February 28, 2027, in a combined amount not to exceed $799,998, each with up to three additional 12-month extension options in a combined amount not to exceed $799,998 per 12-month extension term, as follows: ASHwell in an amount not to exceed $153,840 for the initial term, and $153,840 for each extension option for a total contract amount not to exceed $615,360; AIDS Services of Austin d/b/a Vivent Health Inc., or Vivent Health, in an amount not to exceed $79,516 for the initial term, and $79,516 for each extension option for a total contract amount not to exceed $318,064; Central Texas Community Health Centers d/b/a Community Care in an amount not to exceed $133,842 for the initial term, and $133,842 for each extension option for a total contract amount not to exceed $535,368; Project Transitions in an amount not to exceed $203,840 for the initial term, and $203,840 for each extension option for a total contract amount not to exceed $815,360; AIDS Healthcare Foundation in an amount not to exceed $75,120 for the initial term, and $75,120 for each extension option for a total contract amount not to exceed $300,480; and Austin-Travis County Mental Health and Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care in an amount not to exceed $153,840 for the initial term, and $153,840 for each extension option for a total contract amount not to exceed $615,360; for a total aggregate amount between the agreements not to exceed $3,199,992. Funding: Funding in the amount of $799,998 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Public Health Department’s Special Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreements is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
