Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Family Eldercare Inc. d/b/a Family Eldercare to administer the Community Development Block Grant Financial & Housing Stability Program to add a 12-month term, ending on September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $130,814, and add up to four 12-month extension options for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,235,449. Funding: $130,814 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Housing Department Special Revenue Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
