Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with Austin Independent School District d/b/a Austin ISD to administer the Community Development Block Grant Teen Parent Child Care Program, to add one-time funding in the amount of $4,697, for a revised amount not to exceed $348,175 for the 12-month term ending on September 30, 2026, and to add five percent, compounded annually, to each of the remaining two extension options, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,931,866. Funding: $348,175 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Housing Department Special Revenue Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
