Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Family Endeavors, d/b/a/ Endeavors, to provide shelter services at the Marshalling Yard to individuals experiencing homelessness for an initial 12-month term, beginning January 1, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $8,000,000 with one 12-month extension option, in an amount not to exceed $8,000,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $16,000,000. Funding: $5,000,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Homeless Strategies and Operations Operating Budget. $3,000,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Austin Homeless Strategies and Social Services Budget. Funding for the remaining years of the agreement is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
