Authorize negotiation and execution of four contracts for consulting services for Austin Resource Recovery with Baer Engineering & Environmental Consulting, Inc., Intera Inc., TRC Environmental Corporation dba Trc, and Zara Environmental, LLC, for an initial term of three years in an amount not to exceed $600,000, with two one-year extension options in amounts not to exceed $200,000 each. Funding: $150,000 is available through the Operating Budget, and $50,000 is available through the Capital Budget of Austin Resource Recovery. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
