Approve a resolution re-appointing Darrell Alexander, Kimberly Olivares, Jason Alexander, Michael Gates, and Joseph Gonzales to the board of directors of the Austin Public Facilities Corporation for a partial term to end December 31, 2026, and then, in order to align term ending dates with the rest of the board members, appointing the same members to full three-year terms, ending December 31, 2029, and appointing Dr. Eric Johnson to a new three-year term beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2029.
