Approve an ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of City of Austin Airport System Revenue Bonds, Series 2026A (Non-AMT), in a par amount not to exceed $350,000,000 in accordance with the parameters set out in the ordinance to partially fund the expansion of Austin Bergstrom International Airport; authorizing related documents; approving cost of issuance; and providing that the issuance and sale be accomplished by August 26, 2026. Funding: The Fiscal Year 2025-26 debt service requirements and estimated annual administration fees for the paying agent/registrar for the proposed bond sale are available in the Operating Budget of the Airport Revenue Bond Redemption Fund.
