Authorize an amendment to two contracts for continued trash, recycling, and organics collection services for City facilities for all City departments with Texas Disposal Systems, Inc. dba Texas Disposal Systems and Balcones Recycling Inc., to increase the amount by $1,600,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $9,678,000 divided between the contracts. Funding: $1,600,000 is available in the Operating Budget of various City Departments.
