Authorize an amendment to the contract for the Airport Expansion and Development Program Utility Infrastructure Campus Wide Project for Austin Aviation with HDR Engineering, Inc., to increase the amount by $18,000,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $28,000,000. Funding: $18,000,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Aviation.
