Authorize three contracts for mowing, grounds maintenance, and landscaping services for all City departments with ABH Pros LLP, Brightview Landscape Services, Inc. d/b/a Brightview Tree Care Services, and Cerv Landscape Solutions LLC, for an initial term of two years with up to three one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $20,730,000. Funding: $2,418,500 is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Operating Budget of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
