Authorize three contracts to provide temporary staffing services for traffic signal systems for Austin Transportation and Public Works with EAR Telecommunications LLC d/b/a EARTC, JPC Construction Inc. dba JC Communications, and Levy Company LLC, for terms of up to two years for a total contract amount not to exceed $2,000,000 divided among the contractors. Funding: $833,333 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Transportation and Public Works. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
