Authorize negotiation and execution of a lease agreement with Travis County Emergency Services District No. 2 for approximately 10,000 square feet of land located at 19915 FM 973 North, Coupland, Texas 78615 for the installation and operation of a communications tower, radio equipment shelter, and associated improvements, together with an access driveway and utility corridor, for an initial lease term of 20 years plus two additional 10-year extension options, at no cost to the City. This property is located outside of the City's extraterritorial jurisdiction. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact.
