Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to an interlocal agreement, and all other documents necessary or desirable, with the Austin Public Facilities Corporation for improvements to the property located at 712 East Huntland Drive, to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $14,098,750, for a revised total amount not to exceed $55,848,750. Funding: $14,098,750 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
