Authorize three contracts for carbon credit broker services for all City departments with Anew Carbon Development, LLC, Carbonbetter Climate Services LLC, and Natural Capital Partners Incorporated dba Climate Impact partners LLC, for an initial term of two years with up to three 1-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $1,060,000. Funding: $126,667 is available in the Operating Budget of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
