Authorize an amendment to six contracts for continued planning services consultants for Austin Planning with AECOM Technical Services Inc, HR&A Advisors Inc., Lionheart Places LLC d/b/a Lionheart, Perkins & Will Inc. d/b/a Perkins + Will, Inc., Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP d/b/a SOM, and The Goodman Corporation, to increase the amount by $3,000,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $8,500,000 divided among the contractors. Funding: $750,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Planning. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
