Authorize a contract for Nutanix Products and Services for scalable server computing, storage, and networking resources for all City departments with Freeit Data Solutions Inc., for a term of three years with up to two 1-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $40,308,000. Funding: $5,345,000 is available in the Operating Budgets of various City departments. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
