Authorize a contract for a Westlaw Edge Proflex software subscription for the Austin City Attorney’s Office with West Publishing Corporation dba West A Thomson Reuters Business, for an initial term of one year with up to four 1-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $800,000. Funding: $125,000 is available in the Operating Budget of the Austin City Attorney’s Office. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
