Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the interlocal agreement with the Austin Economic Development Corporation dba Rally Austin to provide an additional $5,400,000 of City funding to Rally Austin to be used for the Austin Cultural Trust, creative space within the permitting and development center, and operational support for Rally Austin, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $45,140,000. Funding: $2,900,000 is available in the Iconic Venue Fund of Austin Arts, Culture, Music and Entertainment, $2,500,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Austin Financial Services.
