Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement between the City and Travis County for the City’s provision of animal-related services through the Animal Services Office to the Travis County’s Sheriff’s Office for animal cruelty cases in the unincorporated areas of Travis County for a term of one year with three one-year extension options. Funding: Travis County will pay the City for the animal-related services provided by the Animal Services Office to the Travis County’s Sheriff’s Office through a cost recovery model.
