Approve an ordinance amending City Code Title 1 (General Provisions) to add new Section 1-1-15 regarding references within the City Code to a department, agency, or office of the City; and amending City Code Section 2-11-16 (Information Security Office) to create the information security program to effectuate a merger between the Information Security Office and Communications and Technology Management.
