Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to work with the Office of Violence Prevention (OVP) to enter a memorandum of understanding with Travis County and collaborate with public health and safety leaders on a comprehensive public health and safety plan, assess the OVP's current governance structure, and return to Council with recommendations to elevate and sustain OVP's role for the benefit of the community.
