City of Austin, No. 1:23-CV-1113-ML, in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division in the amount of $100,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $228,000. Fiscal Note: Funding is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Liability Reserve Budget.
