Authorize a contract for construction services for the Shoal Creek - MoPac/Steck Water Quality Ponds Retrofit Project for Capital Delivery Services with Dalrymple Gravel & Contracting Co., Inc. in the amount of $3,331,271 plus a $333,128 contingency, for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,664,399. Funding: $3,664,399 is available in the Capital Budget of the Watershed Protection Department.
