Authorize amendments to six contracts for continued audio/visual and television broadcast equipment and systems for all City departments with A & V Holdings Midco, LLC d/b/a AVI-SL, LLC; Charles Leo Walior d/b/a Wooden Horse LLC or Kvasir Systems; Donald Kenneth Martin d/b/a DVSERVE; Ford Audio-Video Systems LLC d/b/a Ford Audio-Video; Halbrook and Miller, Inc. d/b/a TM Television; and Heart of Texas Music, Inc., to increase the amounts by $15,000,000 for revised total contract amounts not to exceed $36,000,000, divided equally among the contractors or the department may choose any contractor that has the available product. Funding: $15,000,000 is available in the Operating Budgets of various City departments.
