Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued Imperva software support for all City Departments with Kudelski Security, Inc., to increase the amount by $605,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $1,605,000. Funding: $360,000 is available in the Operating Budget of Information Security Office and $145,000 is available in the Operating Budget of the Department of Aviation.
