Approve a resolution directing the City Manager to prepare City Code amendments that will prohibit the sale of e-cigarettes, vapes, and synthetic nicotine products within 1,000 feet of a school or daycare; initiating amendments to City Code Title 25 (Land Development) to the extent necessary to carry out the goal of the resolution; and requesting a report and stakeholder engagement on any proposed ordinances prepared in response to the resolution.
