Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Texas Harm Reduction Alliance to provide substance misuse services to low-income individuals in Austin/Travis County to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $140,000 for the 12-month term ending March on 31, 2026, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,594,510. Funding: $140,000 is available in the Budget Stabilization Reserve Fund.
