Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 5 to the interlocal agreement with the Austin Travis County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care for the Homeless Health and Wellness Center program, which offers behavioral health services integrated with primary care, to extend the current term of the agreement through December 31, 2026, at no additional cost to the City.
