The owner of the needed property is Austin Affordable Housing Authority. The property is located at 1507 South Interstate Highway 35, Austin, Texas 78741. The general route of the project is Interstate Highway Frontage Road from Holly Street to Texas State Highway 71/Ben White Boulevard. Funding of $8,400 is available in the in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
