Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with AIDS Services Austin d/b/a Vivent Health to provide HIV-related primary care, medications, and critical support services to people living with HIV to add carryover funds to the term ending on February 28, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $221,920, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $972,616. Funding: $221,920 is available in the Austin Public Health Department’s Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund.
