Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Family Eldercare to provide physical, mental, and financial wellness support services to seniors, and to add one three-month extension ending on September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $97,581, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,126,264. Funding: $97,581 is available in the Austin Public Health Department’s Operating Budget.
