Authorize increased funding to the Greater Austin Area Telecommunications Network Agency Interlocal Agreement for the City’s share of the variable and joint project costs by $7,983,694 for the remaining term of the agreement, for a total amount not to exceed $19,665,914. Funding: $767,461 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget of the Communications and Technology Management Department, $350,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Operating Budget of the Transportation Public Works Department, and $290,000 is available in the Transportation Public Works Department’s Capital Expense Budget. Funding for subsequent years’ expenditures will be contingent upon available funding in future year budgets.
