The owner of the needed property is 4811 SoCo, LP. The property is located at 4917 South Congress Avenue, Austin, Texas 78745. The general route of the project is along Williamson Creek from South First Street to South Pleasant Valley Road. Funding: $166,049 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
