The owner of the needed property is 4811 SoCo, LP. The property is located at 5001 Wasson Road, Austin, Texas 78745. The general route of the project is along Williamson Creek from South 1st Street to South Pleasant Valley Road. Funding: $65,060 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
