A subdivision of record in Book 78, Page 352, Plat records, Travis County, Texas, said Lot 4 conveyed to F9 Properties, LLC (formally known as ANO, LLC) by Special Warranty Deed with Vendor’s Lien, as recorded in Document Number 200411789, Official Public Records, Travis County, Texas, currently appraised at $63,990 subject to an increase in value based on updated appraisals, a Special Commissioner’s award, negotiated settlement, or judgment. The owner of the needed property is F9 Properties, LLC (formerly known as ANO, LLC). The property is located at 8627 North Interstate Highway 35, Austin, Texas 78753. The general route of the project is limited to the North Interstate Highway 35 frontage road and Hermitage Drive. Funding: $63,990 is available in the Watershed Protection Department’s Capital Budget.
