The owner of the needed property is F9 Properties, LLC. The property is located at 800 Hermitage Drive, Austin, Texas 78753. The general route of the project is limited to North Interstate 35 frontage road and Hermitage Drive. Funding: $198,410 is available in the Watershed Protection Department’s Capital Budget.
